Private Classical Pilates sessions
Welcome to my beautiful boutique-style studio for private Pilates sessions in Mytchett, Surrey, UK.
Pilates exercises are used around the world in many studios and by many health professionals, but only the Original (Traditional/Classical) Pilates Method, with its distinct order and focus (executed according to your ability), as designed by Joseph Pilates, will yield the results we desire. Not following the Method as it was designed and only picking exercises for one reason or another weakens the outcome not only of the specific exercise but achieving the desired long-term benefits.
In each exercise, you STRETCH; ENGAGE THE TUMMY MUSCLES; and STRENGTHEN THE WHOLE BODY because all the muscles are connected, all while it greatly improves your mind-body connection as it requires your full concentration.
Joseph Pilates had the mind of an engineer. He brilliantly applied the laws of Physics, Biomechanics, Kinetics, Facial connections, Physiology and much more in his Method.
It's ideal to come for two 60mins sessions per week. However, I have clients coming for one 60min, 30min and/or 40min weekly sessions who also get great results.
