Does it feel like your body is staying stuck in the early stages of grief/loss?
1) Shock & denial
2) Guilt & Pain
3) Anger & Bargaining
4) Depression & Loneliness
You may be stuck because trauma caused your fascia to tighten and store it, and some of your primitive reflexes, like the Moro reflex (and many more), became unintegrated, keeping your brain stuck in fight/flight. Your tight muscles come from the Tendon guard reflex, which prepares your body for fight/flight. All this makes it very difficult to move forward.
Reflex integration and fascia release are hands-on therapies with minimal talking, which have shown remarkable results around the globe for those who have experienced severe trauma like losing loved ones, floods, accidents, etc., as they release tight fascia and retrain the brainstem and subcortical reflex circuits, which integrate primitive reflexes and calm the nervous system.
FASCIA RELEASE
Dr. Gillespie, founder of CFT (Craniosacral Fascial Therapy), found that unwinding tight fascia calms the nervous system and lets spinal fluid move to nourish and detox the brain and body.

REFLEX INTEGRATION
PTSD causes Reflex Integration Disorder, which was missed in modern research and clinical practice. The MNRI Pilot research indicates that trauma survivors exhibit disorder in more than 35% of their reflex patterns.
Excessive stress primarily affects the nervous and endocrine systems, which, in turn, influence the functioning of all other organs and body systems, potentially contributing to the development of psychological, endocrine, cardiovascular, and other diseases.
Dr. Masgutova, founder of MNRI (Masgutova NeuroSensoryMotor Reflex Integration), found that simple but specific ways to touch and hold the body, sometimes paired with movement, retrain the brainstem and subcortical reflex circuits that integrate primitive reflexes and calm the nervous system. This protocol also works well for those with ADHD and autism.

How many sessions are needed depends on your initial brain cycle count and which stage you are at in the grief & loss process.
The picture which you relate to shows which stage you are at:
First, choose a picture, then find the name of the stage you are at.
From the top right, clockwise:
1. Shock

2. Pain
3. Anger
3. Bargaining
4. Depression

6. Working through
7. Acceptance
7. Hope
Your body innately knew how to protect / sooth you by putting you in a certain position after the trauma - fetal position / running away etc.
You have survived!
With the right help, you will be able to move forward.
